I am crazy about alpacas. Here I am with Ceasar and Brutus at the Montgomery County Fair. They welcomed me into their pen for a visit. What do you think of their summer haircut?

To learn more about alpacas go to the Blue Ribbon Farm where Ceasar and Brutus live.

Biography

Barbara Crispin grew up in the farm country of central Maryland. She is a middle child in a family of nine. Her interest in picture books was evident early on.

“My father thought I was an early reader. When I was four, I memorized ‘This Is The House That Jack Built’ including the proper page turns and read it to my younger sisters.”

Barbara is still reading to others as a library associate happily planning story times and programs for Anne Arundel County Public Library in Maryland.
